“I wanted to take a moment and let you know what a very professional job your engineers did for us last week. We are in our infancy in terms of identifying and documenting lockout/tagout procedures for our equipment, and thus have a vested interest in understanding the process.
The engineer was very patient, and answered our hundreds of questions. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable in this field. Lastly, the engineer’s dedication to the project was superb (late nights, early mornings, and no lunches is not a problem for him).
We appreciate the service your company provided.”
CAPT (Honda owned) – Celina, OH
I wanted to thank you again for a job well done for Phase 3 of CAPT’s LOTO procedure project. ESC Services has now completed over 600 standardized LOTO procedures for CAPT, a task that could not have been completed within our timeframe without the professionalism and efficiency of ESC’s project team. Like the past 2 LOTO procedure phases, I am always impressed with the quality and accuracy of ESC Services’ final product, professionalism of project team, and ability of ESC Services to stay on schedule and within budget.
“I wanted to thank you for the work that your company provided. It was very much worth our expense and the team that you sent did a terrific job. It is still surprising the amount of work that they were able to get completed in the time they did, especially in the detail that was provided.”

We have just completed an almost 2 year program with ESC Services in updating our lock out tag out program. It has been a pleasure to work with professional individuals who are reliable in work completion. The on site service has been without fail during all phases of work.
I wanted to send a quick note to thank you for an excellent job on phase one of our LOTO projects. Your engineers are top notch and continue to impress me with the speed and accuracy that you accomplish the specific lock out tagout procedures for each machine.
As with my last employer, you worked seamless with our production schedules, and delivered a great product. I would highly recommend your company and your product to take a facility’s lockout tagout program to the next level. I look forward to working with you and your team in upcoming projects.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have over 25+ plus years of experience using LOTO. Management must ensure the safety of personnel working on industrial equipment and protect the equipment from damage/misuse. Over the past couple of years as a Johnson Controls employee I have worked with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) management to install a LOTO program at the Upper Merion site in Pennsylvania.
After attempting to install a system with in house resources it became apparent this would not be possible. There were other priorities that seemed more important than creating a LOTO system. At that point I suggested moving in a new direction. GSK, through my research, contacted ESC Services, Inc for a demonstration and price.
ESC Services was granted the contract to develop a LOTO program at Upper Merion. To date the company has completed over 800 equipment specific LOTO procedures. I have found the gentlemen representing ESC to be professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. ESC personnel conducted a building by building walk down to collect the required detail. This was to ensure the LOTO for that equipment would be correct. ESC conducted training to inform GSK maintenance personnel about the OSHA regulations and how to use the LOTO system instituted.
ESC personnel reviewed the LOTO procedures created with knowledgeable GSK maintenance personnel to ensure their accuracy. ESC personnel also addressed any changes to the procedure as requested by GSK maintenance. The service offered by this company has been invaluable. There is no way this task could have been completed as quickly with in house personnel. As the process moves forward GSK will be in compliance with OSHA LOTO regulations, ensuring the safety of its personnel and protecting equipment from misuse or damage.
I would suggest to any industrial company investigating a new LOTO process to look into using ESC Services because their product is OSHA compliant, easy to read, and they will assist in future annual reviews and updates. In addition, ESC provides an electronic back up and a disc with templates for creating new procedures as new equipment is installed or modified.
