Lockout Tagout Procedure Pricing Information
Because ESC has numerous distribution channels each with different arrangements with each
of their clients, it is to difficult to list all the pricing options. For exact procedure pricing contact

Procedure pricing includes all material expenses (installation of custom LOTO placards, energy
source tags, and electronic files)
Below is a guideline chart that shows how we break down procedure pricing for type 1
equipment (equipment with 2-6 sources). Pricing will vary based on equipment quantity and
complexity.

include the location of your facility and how many pieces of equipment you estimate you have.
The equipment types that are considered in the above pricing structure have between 2-6
energy sources. Special pricing is available for procedures with more or less sources.
By combining locations and projects we can give you the best possible pricing to save you
money.

We normally work with a PO system, however we gladly accept business checks, direct deposit,
or MasterCard and Visa.
