Where is the Training?

The Milwaukee, WI training will be held at the following location:

    The Wyndham Milwaukee Airport and Convention Center
    4747 South Howell Avenue
    Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53207

If you're flying in, fly to the Milwaukee Airport (airport code: MKE)  Shuttles are available.

The Los Angeles, CA location will be within 10-15 minutes from LAX airport.  Specific location details are
not available at this time.

What Material is Covered?

The day will be divided into six sessions each lasting approximately 30-40 minutes.  There will be 10
minute breaks in between each session and lunch provided at noon.

The training will start at 9:00AM

Session 1 - Safety in the Workplace / Corporate Policy:  Includes lockout-tagout statistics, common
deficiencies, and ways to avoid common fines.  Critical information that every corporate policy should
include will be discussed.

Session 2 - Networking session:  This session will help attendees gain insight from shared challenges
and solutions with others in the industry.  If requested, ESC engineers will offer free advice and common
industrial solutions to challenges presented.

Session 3 - Lockable Energy Sources:  Every lockable energy source that is possible will be revealed,
explained, and divided into three important categories (Dangers, Steps to neutralize/verify, and PPE that
may be required)

Session 4 - Non-Lockable Energy Sources:  Every non-lockable energy source will be revealed,
explained, and shown how to neutralize to prevent exposure.

LUNCH - Free Lunch will be provided courtesy of ESC.

Session 5 - Hands-on LOTO:  The group will be involved in several hands-on lockout-tagout scenarios
applying real locks, tags and devices to real equipment.  Application and use of group lockout and partial
lockout scenarios will be provided.

Session 6 - Lockout-Tagout Procedures:  Machine specific procedures are the core of every LOTO
program.  Information on creating LOTO procedures, minimum requirements by OSHA and advantages
of detailed procedures will be given.  

The training will be very conversational and informative.  We will encourage
audience participation and welcome questions at any time.
